Chickpea Flour Biscuits (gluten free, dairy free, egg free)

1/2 cup of cashew milk (or nut milk of your choosing)

1tsp of baking soda

1 1/4 cups of chickpea flour

1/4 tsp salt

3 Tbsp olive oil (or other neutral oil)

1tsp apple cider vinegar

1scoop of Ancient Nutrition pure bone broth protein powder

Preheat oven to 425 F. Add milk and vinegar in a bowl together and let sit for 5 minutes. Add all ingredients together after letting the milk and vinegar sit. Scoop a spoonful of dough on a cast iron pan and cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
