Chocolate Banana Breakfast Smoothie
1 1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup of water (or milk of your choice, I use cashew milk)
2 Tbs cocoa powder
1 scoop of bone broth protein powder (I use Ancient Nutrition Pure Bone Broth powder) https://amzn.to/3Zky5Ne
2 tsp cinnamon
3 Tbs of coffee (optional for Mocha flavor)
A handful of cashews (optional)
Blend all together in a blender until smooth and slightly fluffy and enjoy!
