Homemade Fruit Snacks

½- ¾  cup apple juice

2 cups strawberries

2 Tbsp maple sugar

4 Tbsp unflavored gelatin

Put strawberries, apple juice, and maple sugar in blender together and blend until smooth. Put mixture in a pot. Sprinkle gelatin over mixture and set aside for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, heat mixture on stove until gelatin is dissolved. Pour in silicone molds and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Keep fruit snacks in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week.
