Healthy "Hamburger Helper" (Gluten free, dairy free)
1 box of lentil (chickpea, cassava, or rice noodles)
1 pound of ground pork (or beef)
3 Tbs Cassava flour
¼ cup Olive oil
Boil noodles. Cook meat. Sautee veggies (bell pepper, jalapenos, celery, carrots, onions, garlic etc.) To make gravy, heat oil on stove, add in cassava flour and seasonings. Let flour brown then begin adding in water. Mix in the noodles, meat, veggies, and gravy. (Can also make cheese sauce instead of gravy).
