Pork Hash (gluten free, dairy free)
2lbs ground pork (or turkey or beef)
1 red bell pepper
1 jalapeno
1 butternut squash (can substitute for pumpkin, potatoes, sweet potatoes)
1Tbs smoked paprika
1tsp red pepper flakes
Olive oil to cook with
Saute bell pepper and jalapeno. Brown ground pork. Cut butternut squash into cubes and then brown in the pan. Mix them all together for “potato hash.” Put lid on and let steam for a few minutes.
