Roasted Chickpeas (gluten free, dairy free)
1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
Drain off water from chickpeas. Dry beans with a paper towel. Put on pan and season. Cook on 350F for about 1 hour or until crispy. Shake pan halfway through.
Regular: 2 tsp salt, 2 Tbsp olive oil
Spiced Maple: 1tsp paprika, ¼ tsp cayenne, 1tsp chili powder, ¼ cup maple syrup
Turmeric and Lime: ½ tsp ginger, 2 tsp turmeric, juice from 1 lime
Cinnamon sugar: 1 tsp ground cinnamon, ¼ cup sugar
Ranch: ½ tsp dry thyme, 1 tsp minced onion, 1 tsp dry dill, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp pepper
