Seafood Gumbo (gluten free)
1 bag of peeled uncooked shrimp
2 bags of scallops
½ cooked pork loin shredded
2 cans of crab meat
1 medium bag of okra
12 cups of pork bone broth (or broth of your choosing)
4 Tbs cassava flour https://amzn.to/3xO13cy
3 Tbs Olive oil
1 Colored bell pepper
1 Jalapeno
Make your roux with cassava flour and olive oil and seasonings. Saute peppers and put in the roux. Pour bone broth in. Shred pork loin put in along with the okra, crab, shrimp, and scallops. Let simmer.
