2 cups cooked and pureed butternut squash

Steam butternut squash and puree. Mix butternut squash, cassava flour, and salt together until a thick dough forms. Roll into several small balls and then roll and flatten them out. Put olive oil in the pan and heat the pan. Cook tortillas until they begin to brown on each side.
